Abstract
Atrophic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia (IM) and gastric dysplasia are premalignant states whose proper recognition and monitorization leads to a more frequent detection of early gastric cancer.
The aim of the study is to evaluate the contribution of the cromoendoscopy with magnification in diagnosing premalignant gastric lesions.
